Sun Burnt Skin For The Sims 4?

With The Sims 4 Seasons we were not able to give our sims sunburn but thanks to the modding community

Unlike in The Sims 3 we were not lucky enough to get the feature with seasons that gave our sims sunburn. This upset some players and made the summer in The Sims 4 less realistic. But like the amazing mod creators always do they made a fix for that. Now with this mod your sims can get sunburn, tan and even skin cancer! But thats not even all of it! To add more realism to the game, if your sims don't go outside for a long period of time they get vitamin D deficiency and if you still don't give them sunlight they can actually die from exhaustion! Now back to what I said about your sims getting skin cancer. This makes the game so realistic but might hit too close to home for some people. The more times your sims get sunburnt the higher the risk of your sims getting skin cancer, and with age skin cancer becomes more and more likely. When your sims gets skin cancer they start having brown spots form on there body and it can eventually kill them. But if you really don't want your sim to get sunburn you can buy a reward trait that makes them immune to sunburn. This modder plans to add more to this mod in the future, including tanning beds, a tanning skill and even towels that your sim can lie on. I hope that this mod might enhance your gameplay and i will be sure to write more about it soon!
